We use state-of-the-art production equipment and our main process is carried out in clean room facilities to better control the stable quality of our foil products. We are now mass producing 4oz, 3oz, 2oz, 1oz, 1/2oz, 1/3oz and 9µm copper foil and have developed high quality products, including 7µm thin foil, VLP ( Very Low Profile ), RTF ( Reverse Treatment Foil ) and 2RT(Very Low Profile RTF).

• Main process is under clean room control to ensure environmental quality.
• Only copper with purity 99.98% or higher is used in production to ensure the purity of copper foil products.
• The cleanness of process electrolytes is ensured with the use of multi stage ultra-precision filter system that thoroughly removes impurities in the solution.
• DCS control for the whole process ensures stable process conditions and high operational efficiency.
• An independent set of R&D and testing machines are available to speed up product development and meet customer needs.
